Curriculum Developer - Maternity Cover

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the educational offering at Explore Learning.
• Authoring content for all Explore Learning products (4-14 maths and English, GCSE maths and 11 Plus). A Strength in GCSE maths development is required.
• Developing learning materials with a look and feel which is in-keeping with our brand.
• Supporting the technical development of our digital learning platform, Compass, including working with the engineering team where required.
• Collaborating with both internal teams and departments on projects, and external partners and stakeholders.
• Managing and responding to staff curriculum queries in a thorough, efficient, and proactive way, and offering training and development where required.
• Working closely with all members of the Education, Product and Partnerships Team to produce the highest quality outcomes, which in turn propel member progress and membership growth.

• You will report to Charlotte Gater, Head of Education
• Salary to be discussed £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience. (London weighting not applicable). 
• This is a fixed term 12 months contract starting in March ‘25
• This role can be fulfilled remotely with travel to centres and the Guildford Office; Option to work from the Guildford Office; technology will be provided
• The working pattern is Monday - Friday, 9am – 5:30pm. 4 day working pattern will be considered
