Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey that will transform the lives of children and empower you to make a lasting impact on your community?
At Explore Learning, we are on a mission to create a dynamic community of educators who have a deep desire to make a meaningful impact through education. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team, dream bigger and become part of our inspiring vision.
About us:
At Explore Learning, we teach, we inspire, and we change lives. Our employees embody a growth mindset and a passion for unlocking potential. Together, we are creating a brighter future for our children and our communities. If you're ready to be part of something extraordinary, to inspire young minds, and to make a real difference, join Explore Learning today.
Our learning centres provide a nurturing environment where each tutor will support up to six children at a time between the ages of 4-16, to learn and grow using our smart learning tool, Compass. As a professional tutor, your primary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, and supporting the development and progression of these young minds, helping them to dream bigger.
What you’ll be doing:
What’s in it for you?
Your Growth and Support: As a tutor, you’ll be immersed in an inspiring learning environment that is designed to be conducive to learning for both our members and staff. We value the impact our tutors have on bringing our vision to life, so we provide our tutors with the tools and resources they need to excel. When you start, you’ll have training including classroom trainings, coaching and self-study. You’ll then have access to ongoing training, a supportive network of like-minded educators, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children.
Focus on what matters: As a tutor at Explore Learning, you won't need to spend valuable time developing a curriculum or searching for teaching materials. Our experts in education work behind the scenes to provide a meticulously designed, structured curriculum, and a wealth of educational resources tailored to meet the needs of students. This empowers you to focus on what you do best – teaching and nurturing your students' academic growth.
Be part of our community: You’ll work closely alongside a team of passionate educators with a shared goal of making a real difference. The sense of camaraderie and teamwork among tutors and centre staff creates a supportive and rewarding atmosphere, making it a joy to come to work every day.
