Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled, results-driven Project Manager to coordinate deliveries across multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be responsible for managing remote, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage multiple projects through the complete development cycle, from initial design through to development, testing and go to market 

• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and teamwork across product, engineering, design and analysis disciplines 

• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders 

• Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential impacts on project timelines and budgets 

• Identify and remove obstacles that are hindering progress 

• Take ownership of any issues that arise, leading them to resolution 

• Uphold necessary project governance, including documentation 

Requirements: 

• A deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools. A relevant project management qualification is preferred 
• Experience of delivering iteratively, with previous exposure to a range of agile techniques including hybrid models 

• Able to demonstrate working with product owners, designers and engineers across a project lifecycle and keeping delivery aligned and on track from start to finish 

• Experience in managing complex projects, handling issues, and building mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns 

• Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines 

• Proven ability to lead projects and ensure successful project outcomes 

• Ability to work in remote working environments, leading projects with autonomy and influencing stakeholders effectively 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to hit the ground running 

This is a remote first role with occasional travel for team meetings. 

Salary: £45,000.
