Why Explore Learning?

We’re looking for a bold and forward-thinking Digital Product Owner to shape the future of our digital experiences. Your first mission will be to transform our website and acquisition journey into a powerful growth engine by setting vision, making smart trade-offs, and driving measurable results. You’ll turn business needs into a clear roadmap, rally cross-functional teams around it, and deliver products that truly move the needle.

If you thrive on ownership, can balance detail with big-picture thinking, and want the chance to lead new digital initiatives as our product portfolio grows, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and define the product vision and roadmap for our website and digital acquisition project, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and prioritisation, to requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, engineering, UX, and analytics to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
  • Translate business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring development teams are empowered and focused on high-impact work.
  • Define analytics requirements in partnership with analysts and developers, ensuring GA4/GTM implementations capture the right data accurately, align with business KPIs, and meet compliance standards.
  • Use insights from GA4 and other tools to make data-informed product decisions, optimising acquisition journeys and driving continuous improvement.
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Take ownership of any issues that arise, leading them to resolution.
  • Uphold necessary project governance, including documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner (digital/web/app), with proven success delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience of delivering iteratively, with previous exposure to a range of agile techniques including hybrid models.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to define and own a product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to align stakeholders behind clear product decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate across product ownership, project management, and business analysis—analysing needs, setting priorities, creating clear requirements, and driving change with autonomy in a remote-first environment.
