In some exciting news, we will be launching a new Explore Learning centre in Slough!
Inspire a team. Grow a centre. Change children’s lives.
At Explore Learning, we’re on a mission to help every child reach their potential. We’re an award-winning tuition provider with professional tutors, smart learning tools & over 20 years of running successful centres across the UK.
We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to help us launch our new centre in Slough, and support the rapid growth and day-to-day running of this new centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families.
Launching our new Slough centre will provide a platform for our new team to really roll up their sleeves and start from scratch with success plans – you’ll set the standard for what families in the local community can expect from the service, and invest a lot of time in community outreach, face to face sales and brand building; ensuring people know who we are, what we can do and why we’re the best option for them.
If you’re motivated by shared goals, thrive off solving problems and want to make a real difference every day, this is the role for you.
You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including:
A Day in the Life
You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence.
